RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:
Open items cannot be returned. If you receive a product that you would like to return or exchange, you must contact us at Orders@erikacolebeauty.com within twelve (12) calendar days of your item’s arrival.
Please mail your product to Erika Cole By Raquel, 348 Jericho Turnpike, Syosset, NY 11791. Return shipping charges will not be covered. We will accept exchanges of all Erika Cole Beauty products for exchange if we receive it within 30 calendar days from the date of our original shipment to you. If 30 calendar days have passed since the shipment date of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
If you received an item that is defective or damaged, we apologize and ask that you send us an email at Orders@erikacolebeauty.com so we can exchange it for another item of the same style. Depending on where you live, delivery time will vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest tracking your shipment or purchasing shipping insurance.
